First Buffy I've written since the Dexter trilogy -- a longstanding idea that I finally got around to. The real trick here was not letting it run away and explode into another attempt at a series. Which I would love, but there are only so many hours in the day.

More extremely explicit and potentially disturbing physical and emotional horror and gore. And oh, so much more of so many other things. Only two weeks to finish this chapter. Was wondering if it would go over ten thousand words, but not quite -- just barely over 9k. And the more frequent scene switching feels punchier, more like an actual show.

Another double length chapter, the first update in three months. Hopefully worth the wait, this installment also contains the most graphic and disturbing content so far, both in terms of physical violence and emotional corruption. Non-consensual badness of all kinds, and both explicit and implicit narrative that probably require a strong stomach and overall constitution. With that said, I sincerely hope you find it worth your time, and that you'll continue to stick around as we move into the second half of the story. And while I'm not positive and I can't make any firm promises, I do think that for the most part this is probably going to be the worst that it gets. At least in this particular regard.
